| Tim
began his career at The Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane. Over 4 years he worked
in all departments before joining an Oxfordshire hotel within the same group as
restaurant manager for the following two years. |

| In
1998 Tim set up his own catering & event business based in London specialising
in bespoke corporate & private events within London & the South East. |
|
| With
many years experience in designing & implementing high profile events Tim
brings to Acclaim Food imagination & creativity and a personal touch to every
event. |

Brewer |

| Carolyn
trained at the Birmingham College of Food & Tourism before relocating to London
in 1995. She went on to manage various restaurants & wine bars in South West
London and in the Midlands. In 2000 Carolyn worked in Western Australia for six
months as the beverage manager of a 4* hotel which hosted the Western Australia
2000 Tourism Industry Awards, many private functions & corporate events. |

bringing with her a wealth of experience & knowledge of the event industry. |

Originally
from Perth, Western Australia, Jason trained in many restaurants & banqueting
establishments throughout W.A including corporate hospitality at the America’s
Cup.
Jason then moved to London in 1993 and continued his career in restaurants at
The Ritz, The Savoy and the Conrad Restaurant, Chelsea Harbour. |
